Amanda Blake

Amanda Blake (born Beverly Louise Neill) was an incredibly well-known American actress. Her most well-known role was Miss Kitty Russell on the TV program 'Gunsmoke.' The actress was also famous for her role in a variety of television series such as "The Red Skelton Show,' 'Tattletales,' and The Edge of Night. Additionally, she appeared in several other films, such as Stars In My Crown, Duchess Of Idaho, Cattle Town, Miss Robin Crusoe,?"About Mrs. Leslie",?The Adventures of Hajjibaba? and???The Boost? The Boost?. Blake was a former telephone operator who was also a fan of animals, was passionate about animals. Together with Frank Gilbert, she was the first who successfully raised cheetahs captivity. American actress, Sheila. Gilbert was a co-founder of the Arizona Animal Welfare League. Blake was also a board member of Humane Society of the United States. Speaking about the accolades Blake was awarded her induction into the Hall of Great Western Performers at the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum.
